Booking & Payment

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Session Conduct

Please arrive on time. Sessions that start late due to client delays may be shortened accordingly.
MooshoPhoto reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or unprofessional conduct.

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within [insert number] days of the session.
Delivery will be made via an online gallery or download link.
Raw (unedited) files are not included unless agreed beforehand.

MooshoPhoto retains full copyright of all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use (printing, sharing on social media, etc.).
Commercial use (e.g., advertising, publishing) requires written permission and may incur licensing fees.
MooshoPhoto reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes unless a prior written agreement states otherwise.

Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all details (e.g., outfits, location, permissions) are in order before the session.
If any location requires a permit, the client must arrange for and pay for it in advance.

Liabilities:

MooshoPhoto is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained during the session.
In the rare event of data loss, camera failure, or unforeseen circumstances, MooshoPhoto’s liability is limited to a full refund or a reshoot at no extra cost.

Website Use

Content on this website (images, text, logos, etc.) is the property of MooshoPhoto and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
You may not use our content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will only be used to process bookings and deliver services.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
